For best results, you can have
Nike’s authorized service center change the watch battery.

Open the battery
lid on the watch
with a coin by
turning counter-
clockwise.
Replace the
battery holder
cover and
battery lid.
Insert a CR2032,
3V lithium
battery with the
writing facing
you. Do not
touch the 2
contacts.
Twist and
remove battery
holder cover.
Remove old
battery.
Open the battery lid on
the HR Transmitter
with a coin by turning
counter-clockwise.
Insert a CR2032, 3V
lithium battery with
the writing facing you.
Do not touch the 2
contacts.
Replace the battery lid.
