18. WARNING: When positioning the appliance, ensure that the supply cord is not
trapped or damaged.
19. WARNING: Do not locate multiple portable socket-appliances or portable power
supplies at the rear of the appliance.
Cleaning
Please ensure the power cable is not plugged in when following the steps below:
1. Before first use, clean the appliance by pushing the hot water and cold water taps and
let about 1 litre of water flow out.
2. The appliance should be disinfected with a disinfectant available from a drugstore or
market place and then cleaned with water.
3. Ensure a professional cleans the bottle supporter, water tank and heating element
once a year to keep the dispenser in good condition and extend its life. Never
disassemble the appliance by yourself.
4. Draining instructions: Open the taps and remove the cap and rubber stoppers from
the water outlets on the rear side.
5. Use any neutral and non-friction cloth to wash the surface of the dispenser.
6. Never attempt to service the unit yourself.
Trouble shooting
Please check the following before having the machine repaired.
PROBLEM
No hot or cold water.
No water running out from
taps.
Water leaks from bottle support.
Noisy operation.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
1. Over consumption of hot or
cold water in a short time.
2. No power supply.
1. Empty the bottle.
2. Check that the inlet support
of the bottle is not blocked by
the bottle seal.
Broken bottle.
The unit is not installed on a
stable and flat surface.
ELIMINATION
1. Please wait for a few moments for
the water to reheat or to cool down.
2. Plug the unit into the main plug
socket, turn on the unit and select
heating/cooling switch.
1. Replace it with another bottle.
2. Clean out wasted paper & bottle
seal and install the bottle again.
Replace it with a new bottle.
Place the unit on a stable and flat
surface.
