Wipe down exterior cosmetic surfaces
with a damp cloth.
1. Close the door.
2. Using a clean towel with soaping solution
from Ecolab, wipe the exterior glass
surface
NOTE: Squeeze the towel of excess
solution, to prevent dripping on the floor
or exterior surface of the broiler
3. Wipe the glass with a dry towel to
remove any soapy moisture

surface of any residue or meat juice
splashes.
