Analog velocity command Input Gain.
Set the value of a rotational speed corresponding to input voltage.
When (numerator/denominator) = 1/2, a motor rotational speed is a half of maximum command
input voltage (±10 V).
The motor rotational speed is max (±10 V) when (numerator/denominator) = 1.
By using this gain, you can adjust the position proportional gain of the host controller.
