Electrical installation
VPA 200/70 can be supplemented with an electric immer-
sion heater. Connection size R50. Max immersion heater
length 540 mm. Remove the lower front cover at installa-
tion.
Maintenance
The safety valve must be checked regularly, about four
times a year. If this does not happen then the safety valve
may malfunction and must be changed. The safety valve
sometimes releases a little water after hot water has been
tapped. This is because the cold water, which enters the
water heater to replace the hot water, expands when
heated causing the pressure to rise and the safety valve
to open.
Emptying
Draining the water heater takes place through the siphon
(with a hose) in the cold water connection (1). Drain the
boiler water section through the siphon (with a hose) on
the docking connection, outgoing to the external heat
source (4).

household waste. It must be disposed of at a
special waste station or dealer who provides this type of
