TROUBLE SHOOTING
The watch is correctly associated to
the application, but despite of that,
the displayed time is still no
synchronized with that of the
system.
On NGM Fit settings, select " Sync Time " option and check
My NGM Fit Band does not display
incoming calls or
other notifications
Android Users : Open NGM Fit and on Settings > Notifications
check if notifications/calls receiving option is enabled.
If on phone there are security softwares which consider specific
notification permissions, set NGM Fit as trusted app.
Apple Users: Open NGM Fit and in Settings > Notifications check if
notifications/calls receiving option is enabled.
Forget the association between phone and application and restart
the phone. Then restore Bluetooth connection and associate the
two devices again
The watch is correctly associated to
the application, but it can't sync my

It might be a general Bluetooth item. Close the application, restart
Bluetooth and retry.
If the previous solution will not solve the problem, restart the
phone and retry
The only activity I can see is
"Walking"
The "Walking" activity is set by default. All the other activities
should be added from NGM Fit App. To add new activities select
Device > Set target and touch " + " icon. Choosing the day to
perform the activity, it will be automatically displayed on your
watch.
SECURITY AND CARE WARNINGS
• The composition materials of NGM Fit Band could provoke skin irritations or allergies. If you note skin
irritations, immediately take off the watch from your wrist, or as an alternative, wear it upon your
clothes. If symptoms persists, consult a doctor.
• Device contains little metallic pieces which could be ingest. Keep away from children
• This product is not a medical device and could not have diagnostic and treatment purposes
• Don't read notifications or data while driving or in other situations which request your attention.
• This device has been thinking up to control your activities, but it should not be intended as a substitute of
an adapt prevention and periodical control activity among your attending physician. You are
recommended to consult your family doctor before starting any physical activity and/or diet plan.
• Frequently clear your device, especially the skin-contact parts, with a wet rag.
• Do not tighten too much the watchband not to block the flow of blood.
• Do not open the shell
• Do not use if the display is broken
• The battery contains substances which could be damaging for your health and the environment if used or
disposed in an inappropriate way.
• Do not put the device in the washing machine or dryer
• Do not expose the product to extremely high or low temperatures
• Do not wear in steam room or Turkish bath
• Do not expose to direct sunlight for long periods
• Keep away from fire, the battery could explode
• Do not charge if wet
• If overheating, take off from your wrist
PRODUCT DISPOSAL
Electrical and electronic wastes The customer has the right to obtain disposal service for the product when
purchasing a new product in a one to one proportion. Applicable on European Union and in other European
countries with waste recycling system.
Electronic little wastes can be free disposed upon those stores with sell area for electronic manufactures major or
equal than 400 m
2
, without having to purchase an equivalent electronic device (as requested by Art. 26 D.Lgs
49/2014). Domestic users are encouraged to contact the dealer upon which the product has been purchased, or
the appointed local office for all the information related to waste recycling of this kind of materials. Company
users are requested to contact their own vendor and check terms and conditions of purchase agreement. This
product should never be disposed with other commercial wastes.
Correct disposal of the battery of the product:
The product is equipped with a lithium-ion built-in battery, which cannot be replaced by the
user. Do not try to remove the battery. Damages to the product caused by shell opening or
battery replacing attempts, will compromise the warranty. The substance included in the
product and/or battery could be damaging for your health and the environment if not correctly
disposed. The battery on the product should be correctly disposed according to local regulations
and always separately from domestic wastes.
This marking on the battery, manual or packaging indicates that the batteries in this
product should not be disposed with other household waste at the end of its life. To prevent
possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, the
user is encouraged to separate these items from other types of waste and recycle them
responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources.
