After pin code confirmation you’ll be taken to a page where
you’ll be asked for your Alexa password, enter your password to
confirm the voice pin code action.

After successful confirmation, the ‘Open by voice’ option
should now be shown as enabled, confirming that you’ve setup
a voice code for opening your garage door.
