fea ture is a ratin g sys tem fo r DVDs , like m ovie ratings .
Wh en the playe r is loc ked, y ou nee d to e nter th e pass word in orde r to play
dis cs tha t have a high er ratin g than what you ve allo wed. If the p layer is
unl ocked , no pa sswor d is re quired to pla y discs . Even if you ve s et rati ng
lim its, the y won t be enforc ed unt il the p layer is lock ed.

PASSWORD
There is no prest passw ord w hen the player is sh ipped from t he factory. It
is un locked , if you wan t to use the PASSWORD f eature , you must s et the
ratin g limit s and lock the player with the menu.
Once the p layer i s unlocked, you can chan ge the password to any 4 -digit
num ber.
If you forget your passw ord, e nter th e fact ory preset pa ssword: 000 0.

RATING
The ra ting fe ature works with D VD dis cs tha t have been assign ed a r ating.
This h elps y ou to c ontrol the ty pes of DVDs that th e play er can be wa tched .
There are eight limited rating optio ns: KID SAF E, G, PG, Pg 13, PG-R, R, NC-17,
ADULT.
The defau lt setting is A DULT.
