Hardware Monitor
This section is used to monitor hardware status such as temperature, fan
speed and voltages.
CPU Temperature
Detects and displays the current CPU temperature.
System Temperature
Detects and displays the current system temperature.
Vcore to +5V
Detects and displays the output voltages.

XHCI ownership change should be claimed by the XHCI driver.
Device reset time-out
Selects the USB mass storage device’s start unit command timeout.
