Please note: Control data of TelliNet and retransmitted data packets are always sent with the highest 

priority to ensure optimal congestion and flow control between the TelliNet Client and the TelliNet 

Server. Even if the DSCP value used for control data is specified in a section [etcp_dscp_priority], the 

control data and retransmitted packets are sent with the highest priority. Only user data with the same 
DSCP as the control data is sent with the priority specified for the DSCP value. 

The DSCP value for control data and packet retransmissions is specified in the section 

[etcp_dscp_forwarding] with the parameter "dscp_control_data". 

4.6.5 

DSCP dependent non-TCP congestion control 

Additionally to the functionalities mentioned above, DSCP values can be used to mark non-TCP traffic 

which should be included or excluded from non-TCP congestion control. By default congestion control 

is done for all kind of non-TCP traffic.
