Engine oil level
Prior to every use
Change engine oil after first 20 hours of
operation and then every 100 hours
thereafter.
Paint Pail/Tank
After every use
Clean paint pail/tank hoses and nozzle
Hoses and pump
After every use
Run soapy water through pump and
hoses for additional cleaning
Wheels
Check air level before each use Fill with air as needed. Grease weekly.
Handles
Monthly
Check handles for tightness to frame.
Engine air filter
Monthly
Clean monthly. Replace every 4
months
