TROUBLESHOOTING 

If any of the following problems arise, and the solutions below do not solve the 

problem, please contact customer service at [email protected] 

 

ISSUE 

CAUSE 

SOLUTION 

The air 

conditioner does 

not work 

The unit is not turned on 

or plugged in, the power 

source is not 

functioning, the water 

tank is full, the timer has 

elapsed, the power cord 

safety switch has been 

tripped 

Ensure the unit is plugged 

into a functional outlet and 

turned on. Empty the tank, 

disable the timer, and reset 

the power cord safety switch 

if needed.  

The air 

conditioner is 

not cooling 

The air vents are 

blocked, other sources 

of heat are affecting the 

unit, the filters are too 

dirty, the temperature 

setting is too high, the 

fan speed is set too low 

 

Ensure that all vents are not 

blocked and that the dust 

filter is clean. Set the 

temperature below the 

ambient temperature, and 

raise the fan speed to high. 

The air 

conditioner is 

making too 

much noise, or 

shaking while 

running 

The floor under the unit 

is not even, the unit is 

not standing securely 

Ensure that the unit is set on 

stable flooring. 

Caution:  

If the following issues occur, immediately turn off the unit, unplug it, and 
contact customer service. 

 

The power cord is overheating or its coating is exposed or damaged. 

 

The air conditioner is producing an abnormal odor. 

 

The display is showing “E1” or “E2”(likely an issue with a faulty 
component)
