Warranty
Thank you for purchasing BVR 01. Our product of GPS video tracker has been passed the critical
examination from certificated lab. If the product is in malfunction or damaged due to quality problem
,
please send it for repair. Free maintenance service is offered with 12 months from the date of
purchasing. Warranty is to be proved with the Warranty Card included in the Packing Case. When
purchasing the product, please check and ensure a Warranty Card is in the case and ask the dealer to
fix shop stamp and insert date and model number on it to validate. When the product purchased is
exceeded Free Warranty Period, we will charge fee for the maintenance and service.
This warranty does not cover malfunction or damage resulted from the list below
1. Natural disaster, flood, earthquake, some unstoppable disasters, and improper use.
2. Product dismantle and modify unauthorized.
3. Use expendable that is not designated from our company.
4. Malfunction and damage by shipping process after purchasing the product.
5. Malfunction and damage after exceeded free warranty period.
6. Revise the content of warranty card without company authorization.
in such cases, material cost and service fee will be charged.
