This chapter presents some troubleshooting problems you may encounter while using
the device. Even if the following guide fails to solve your problem, please do not
disassemble the device, but leave the problems to professional staff.

Troubleshooting Trouble
Power light not turn on
The date or time of video is
not correct.
No Map information
No video file
No GPS signal
1. Remove the battery and replace the new sets.
2. Remove the car adapter and plug it again.
Go to System setup to select the time zone of your
nation before recording.
Make sure your PC has internet connection
before play the video file.
Please format MicroSD before plug in the device
for recording.
1. To get GPS signal, you need to power on the
device at the place of open sky.
2. When traveling to other country, GPS fixed may
be over 3 minutes.
