Fuel tank - Install – Front
WARNING
Avoid injury!
Handle all parts carefully. Do not place your
hands or fingers between parts. Use Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE) as indicated in this
manual, including protective goggles, gloves,
and safety footwear.
Failure to comply could result in death or seri-
ous injury.

To refit, proceed as follows:
• Fit the rear tank and the upper retaining clamp with
the relative lower retainers.
• Reposition the intercooler support, together with the
heat exchanger support, expansion tank support and
horn. Secure with the two bolts and rubber plugs on
the front suspension support. Fasten the two retain-
ing bolts to the radiator.
• Reposition the heat exchanger. Refit the dust ejector
pipe.
• Refit the two side panel fasteners, the catch and the
two spacers for closing the hood on the tank.
• Refit the air cleaner/turbocharger intake manifold
with the related clamps and retaining bolt.
• Refit the two pipes on the intercooler.
Refit the
breather pipe and the two pipes connecting the
injection and priming pump on the tank. Reposition
the expansion tank. Reconnect the system to the
clogged filter sensor, the fuel level sensor and the
horn.
• Reposition the plastic side panels and free the hood
from the safety roof.
Reconnect the supporting
damper and then close it.
• Fill up the fuel with the product and quantity pre-
scribed in
Consumables ()
. Bleed the air from the
fuel circuit.
