Installing Vinyl Rafters

10 x 10 Flat Top Two Tone Pergola

1

With two ladders and a helper, place all six rafters into the rafter

U-brackets. Ensure the metal block is facing up.

The rafters should overhang the beams by 9 1/8” - check on both

sides.

Using 5/8” self-auguring stainless steel screws attach the pergola

rafters to the rafter U-brackets.

Install decorative pergola end caps using vinyl weld.
