Pre-drill holes on bottom and
top to accomodate for internal
metal stiffener.
Insert the end of the vinyl rafter into the joiner.
Insert one metal stiffener (with metal block facing up)
into the lower pocket of the vinyl rafter past the joiner. Push
until metal block hits the internal ribbing.
Slide the other end of vinyl rafter over the metal insert and into
the joiner.
Screw the joiner to vinyl rafters and metal insert using 1 1/2”
screws. The bottom and top holes will need to be pre-drilled
(use drill bit provided).
