Cut 2x6x16 Ft pressure treated wood to 188.”
Insert pressure treated wood into one 2x6x94 in
(4cmx15cmx238cm) main support beam followed
by one joiner as illustrated.
Insert second main support beam until they both
butt up tight inside the joiner. Make sure the 2x6
lumber does not exceed either end and is centre
with the beam assembly.
Fasten the joiner to the main support beams using
four, 1 1/4” (38mm) screws for each joiner as shown.

MAIN SUPPORT BEAM ASSEMBLY
Fit two rafter end caps on either side of a 2x6x94
in (4cmx15cmx238cm) main support beam with 4
small glue amounts inside each corner and secure
in place. Hold for 30 sec, repeat for second beam.
