DATE/TIME ADJUST
The date and time is factory-set and will only require adjustment if you are
in a different time zone, or when you change your clocks to Daylight Saving
Time and back again to Standard time. You may also select the style of
display for the date.
A battery back-up system ensures that the correct time/date setting is never
lost.

AUDIO VOLUME ADJUST
The audible volume can be adjusted to your own preferences.

AUTOZERO
When you select this feature, the
PROGRAM CO
2
AUTOZERO
screen ( see
Figure 7 below ) allows you to program the AutoZero frequency and time, or
to run the AutoZero function manually.
The AutoZero System automatically re-references the CO
2
Sensor to
atmospheric CO
2
in the following way:
1. A pump activates for two minutes, pumping HEPA-filtered atmosphere
at 0.3 liters/minute into the sensor’s measuring chamber. This displaces
the chamber atmosphere completely from the sensor.

This procedure does not affect the internal chamber environment and
will not affect your cell culture while being performed.
