3.4.2 Electrical 

Connections 

 

 

 

 

1.  Check the voltage selector switch on the side of the unit (

see Figure 3

) 

against the Caution label on the rear of the unit, to ensure that it is set to 
the appropriate voltage. 

 

2.  Remove the caution label from the rear of the unit. 

 

3.  Set the circuit breaker on the front of the unit to the OFF position. 

 
 

 

 

4.  Connect the power cord to the power cord connection and then to a 

grounded electrical outlet. 

 

CAUTION!

 

Be sure to check the following items BEFORE making electrical 
connections. 

CAUTION! 

A grounded electrical outlet is necessary for the safe 
operation of this unit.
