Special Safety Instructions for this Kettle

Use only cold water when filling.
l
The water level must between the MAX and MIN marks. Very important!
l
Switch the kettle off before removing it from the base.
l
Always ensure that the lid is tightly closed.
l
The base and exterior of the kettle must not become wet.
l
The kettle body used must be match with the kettle base.
First Use of the Machine
Before using the machine for the first time water should be boiled in twice without any
additives.
1.
Fill the kettle with water. Do not overfill Use the water level indicator.
2.
Place the kettle flush on the base.
3.
Electrical connection
• Check whether the electrical voltage that you intend to use is the same as that of the
machine. Details are to be found on the label on the base.
• Only connect the machine to a properly installed 220-240V~50-60Hz safety
socket.
4.
After boiling the machine switches off automatically.
Disconnect the machine from the mains electricity supply.
Do not press up the lid when pouring.

This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;

By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;

Cleaning
Always remove the plug from the mains supply before cleaning the machine!
The exterior of the machine should be cleaned, if necessary, with a slightly damp cloth
without additives.
