Should a technical problem occur that is not covered below or that cannot be
resolved by the suggested solutions below, contact customer support.

Problem/Symptom
Description
I initiated the treatment and
heard a Faulty Electrode
Contact beep (three beeps)
and the stimulation does not
start.
This indicates faulty electrode contact.
When faulty electrode contact occurs, the
status indicator light flashes red and the headset
beeps
