Troubleshooting
Cause?
• Jaw not preheated (or cup too cold)?
• Machine scaled (low or no outflow)?
• Defect thermoblock?
• NTC temperature sensor not screwed
correctly?
• Defect electronic mainboard?
• Water tank empty?
• Water tank not inserted correctly?
Counter measure!
- Preheat jaw, allow 2 large cups of water to
flow through without capsule
- Descale machine (see pages 40 and 41)
- Replace thermoblock (see page 26)
- Screw NTC correctly
- Replace electronic mainboard (see page 29)
- Fill water tank
- Insert water tank correctly
Malfunctions
Complaint:
Coffee temperature too low
Coffee temperature too high
Pump noisy
