Make adjustment on ground is highly recommended. To adjust the
harness just pull the loop over the ball (

) which acts from one side to reduce
the length of the halyard or on the other side of the same halyard to lengthen
it. This setting allows you to vary the length and tension of the halyard from
the back of the seat at the junction of your neck.
This adjustment of the tension of the fabric on the back offer a better efforts
distribution and comfort improvement.
