Alarm messages / indications

8.1

The

NEOFOLD 920/HS -1250/HS

folding machine gives the operator all the information

regarding operating problems. The indications in this case are given by the words
alarm/indications, along with a code which appears on the display. These
alarms/indications can be divided into two groups. Specifically:

Alarms that block the operation of the machine

8.1.1

(switch the machine off and then back on)

These alarms (three types) have an acoustic signal and flashing LEDs.

ALARM

This alarm indicates that the safety microswitches have detected that at least one
solenoid is active.



ACTION

: Verify the operation of the solenoids using the relevant test described in

section “06. OPERATING TESTS”. If the alarm goes off again, call technical
assistance!

ALARM

This alarm indicates that the safety microswitches have detected that at least one
solenoid is never active.



ACTION

: Verify the operation of the solenoids using the relevant test described in
