Assembly of Roof/Cover Rods
The triangular roof rods are permanently attached to each
individual kennel panels, and
are folded against the outside
of the panels.
Begin with the roof hub and cap. Loosely
attach the cap to the hub. (As shown in Figure
3A.)
Starting with any of the 6 panels, one at a time, lift the triangular roof
rod away from the outside of the panel and upward toward the
center of the kennel. Snap roof rod into the roof hub. (As shown in
Figure 3B.)
Note: Screw the cap down to the point where the roof rods must be
slightly “snapped”
between the cap and the hub’s roof rod retainers.
Repeat this process with the triangular roof rod on the opposite side of the kennel to support the
cap and hub assembly. Attach the remaining 4 triangular roof rods to the roof hub in the same
manner.
When all the triangular roof rods are attached to the roof hub, fully
tighten the roof hub cap. (As shown in Figure 3C.)
