WARNING. What to remember when using the welder.
A.
Product body is hard and power cord is equipped with plug with two pins and ground wire. When using the welder plug it
1.
to socket with ground pin. Do not replace plug of the power cord at will.
Caution! When putting the welder away after the work is finished, place it on the stand designed for such purpose. Stay
2.
alert. Do not burn anyone, do not cause material damage.
When using the welder remember the tool is a source of heat. To avoid burns use protective gloves when working and
3.
replacing heating sleeves.
Do not attempt to dismantle welder body. It may cause electric shock.
4.
Do not use the welder outdoors during rain. Protect the welder against water or other fluids that might get inside the
5.
tool.
In case the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced in authorized electric workshop. Appropriate certification and
6.
tools are required for this task.
Before putting the welder to its package (when the work is finished), unplug the tool from mains socket and wait until the
7.
tool cools down to room temperature.
Install heating sleeve accordingly to provided information. Use M8x45 screws for sleeves with diameter greater than 75
8.
mm. Do not tighten the sleeve too hard when the welder is cold. It may cause damage of threads when the tool is used.
Be careful when replacing heating sleeve during operation of the welder. Store removed sleeve carefully. Do not allow
to damage the surface coating of the heating sleeve. If such damage occurs it may cause sticking of plastic, reduction in
operation quality and reduction of sleeve durability.
When the welder is connected to power supply, red monitoring diode lights up. Tool heating is in progress. When the red
9.
diode turns off and the green lights up, the welder heating up is finished. After some time red and green diodes will light
up consecutively and the welder will keep the temperature and operating ability.
Use cutter to cut pipes to be melted. Cut perpendicularly to axis. Slide pipe or parts to be joined into the sleeve and heat up
10.
for a few seconds (according to information in table 3). Remove it quickly and slide heated elements vertically to elements
that they are to be joined with (pipe connector).
