equipment cannot be powered through an external switch, such a programmable time switch, or connected to an
installation that is switched on and off by an electric energy provider on a regular basis.
General safety conditions

Read all instructions carefully. Damages mentioned in the below instructions may cause electric shock, fire and/or
serious injury. The term „power tool” that is used in all the below warnings refers to a mains-powered tool (with power cord), or a
battery-powered tool (cordless).
Workplace 1)
Keep your workplace tidy and well lit. a) Untidiness and insufficient illumination contribute to accidents.
Do not use the power tool in explosive atmosphere that flammable liquids, gases, and dusts may produce. b)
Keep children and bystanders away from the work area. c) Distraction may cause loss of control over the power tool.
Electrical safety 2)
Welder must be connected to a socket with ground pin. a)
Power tool plug must match socket. Never modify the plug in any way. b) No modifications in plugs and sockets reduces
the risk of electric shock.
With the welder use only first protection class extension cords (with ground wire) connected to electrical circuit c)
with residual current protection I∆n < 30mA or I∆n = 30mA .
Do not expose power tools to rain or moisture. d)
If water gets into the power tool, there is an increased risk of electric
shock.
Do not overstrain cords. Never use the power cord to carry, pull or unplug the power tool from the socket. Keep e)
the power cord away from heat sources, oils, sharp edges and moving parts.
Damaged or tangled power cords
increase the risk of electric shock.
When the power tool is operated outdoors, use only extension cords designed for outdoors use (protection class f)
I, sealing class IP 54 with rubber insulation or equivalent). Use an extension cord designed for outdoors applications to
reduce the risk of electric shock.
Personal safety 3)
When operating the power tool be far-sighted, watch the power tool operation and use common sense. Do a)
not operate the power tool when you are tired or under influence of drugs, alcohol or medicines. A moment of
inattention while operating the power tool may cause serious personal injury.
Use safety equipment. Always wear safety gloves. b)
Prepare your workplace before switching the welder on. c)
Needless tools or objects and untidiness in the workplace may
cause personal injury.
Do not overestimate your abilities. Stand firmly and keep your balance at all times. d) It enables better control over the
power tool in unpredictable situations.
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothes and gloves away from heated e)
parts.
Loose clothing, jewellery or long hair can be caught by power tool parts.
Power tool use and care 4)
Unplug the power tool from the power supply before making any adjustment settings, changing part or storing. a)
Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of accidental start-up of the power tool.
Store unused power tool out of the reach of children. Do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or this b)
manual to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous when operated by untrained users.
Take care of the power tool. Check alignment and fixing of moving parts, check against part cracks and all other c)
factors that may affect operation of the power tool. Repair the power tool before use if it is found damaged. Many
accidents are caused by improper maintenance of power tools.
Use power tools, equipment, working tools etc. in accordance with this manual and their purpose, considering d)
working conditions and type of the work to be performed. Using the power tool in a way it is not intended for may
create dangerous situations.
Repair 5)
All repairs must be carried out by an electrician with appropriate professional powers. Only original spare parts a)
can be used (authorized service points).
This will ensure safe operation of the power tool.
A. Short description of the product
PE, PP and BR pipe welder is a heating tool with first electrical protection class. Its design includes high quality heating plate
and temperature control system. In this welder the temperature control system also functions as the tool protection against
overheating. The welder provides quick and uniform heating of pipes and connectors alike, that affects quality of joining of
elements. Comfortable use allows to reduce pipefitter’s time of work. Welder handle is made of polyurethane. The welder features
special stand that can be fixed to the tool body using slits located there. Fixing is easy, comfortable and allows firm joint.
