DEFROST:
IMPORTANT: the appliance has manual defrosting.
When the formation of ice on the walls of the tank exceeds the thickness of 0.5cm, it is necessary to defrost in order
not to compromise the thermal efficiency of the storage.
Proceed as follows:
• Remove the plug from the socket.
• Transfer the product stored in the trays to another suitable storage device.
• Place the container (10) under the collector (9) located under the storage case.
•
Remove the drain plug (9) and let the internal ice melt and the water flow from the drain (9). Dry thoroughly.
• When the tank is completely dry, put the plug into the socket.
• Wait for the appliance to reach operating temperature before placing trays with gelato.
• Never use a metal or sharp tool to remove ice.
EFFICIENCY
To maintain the device efficiency operation, clean the condenser regularly. This operation falls outside normal mainte

nance and should be performed by a qualified technician, who should proceed as follows:
• Switch off the machine by the switch (1) and remove the plug from the electrical socket.

Clean the condenser with a brush, air jet or suction device to avoid damaging the device.

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS
