TROUBLESHOOTING  

Troubleshoot your problem by using the chart below. If the Shiatsu Foot 
Massager still does not operate correctly, it may be defective. Please contact 
a qualified technician. DO NOT try to repair it by yourself. Otherwise, there 
is a risk of electric shock.

PROBLEMS

The product does not 

work.

The product suddenly 

stops working.

The product stops 

heating.

The massage intensity is 

too high or too low.

The product is 

abnormally warm.

The ON/OFF button is not 

pressed.

Press the ON/OFF button.

The adapter is not plugged in 

properly.

Plug the adapter properly.

Check and reconnect the 

connector and jack port.

The DC connector is not 

connected properly to the 

DC power jack.

The product would turn 

off automatically after a 

15-minute session. This is 

normal.

The product is overused and 

the overheat protection turns 

on.

If you want to start another 

session, press the ON/OFF 

button again.

Unplug the product and let 

it cool down completely 

before using it again.

The heat button has not 

been pressed.

Press the Heat button and 

the indicator light should 

light in red.

Adjust the contact angle to 

get the moderate intensity.

Unplug the product and let 

it cool down completely 

before using it again.

Your foot is positioned at 

the wrong angle.

The product is likely to be 

overused.
