1 Important Information

1.1 Intended Use
The NEITZ Binocular Indirect Ophthalmoscope IO-
α
LED (Battery-powered Type)
(hereinafter referred to as “IO-

”) is a battery powered medical device containing an LED
bulb for illumination and viewing optics intended to examine the media (cornea, aqueous,
lens and vitreous) and retina of the eye.
Do not use this device for any purpose other than its intended use.
1.2 Symbols
