5 Troubleshooting
If you experience any problems using the IO-

, refer to the chart below for possible solutions.
If the problem cannot be solved, stop using and immediately contact your local dealer or
Neitz directly.

Tighten the screw in the
center of the knob.
Headband size fixation
is loose
If the Headband Size Adjustment Knob feels loose, tighten the
screw in the center of the knob.
