Disconnect the glide pad internal flat cable in order to separate the glide pad
electronic form the metal support.

Removing the Hard disk drive
1.
Remove the keyboard cover.
2.
Remove the Keyboard.
3.
Remove the glide pad assembly
without disassembling the glide pad module.
4.
Remove the screws (17) holding the hard disk drive assembly and disconnect the
hard disk drive as shown in the following picture.
