DESCRIPTION
(1) History
To view Call History; the history data stored in the system memory (refer to
“CALL HISTO-
RY” on page 108
), such as the histories of missed calls, dialed numbers and received calls.
(2) Directory
To use Directory features; there are two types of directory features.
Dial By Name
It is controlled by the system. For details, refer to
“DIAL BY NAME” on page 115
.
Corporate Directory
It is controlled by the external XML server.
For details, please contact the system administrator.
(3) Service
XML application screen registered in the Service URL is displayed. When the Service URL
is not registered, service icon is not displayed.
The URL of external XML application server is registered at the initial
installation. For details, please contact the system administrator.
(4) Setting
This menu is used for user settings of the terminal such as incoming call and display. Also,
it is possible to download the sound/image files (Ringer Tone and Music on Hold). For
details, refer to
“TERMINAL SETUP” on page 34
.
An image file can't be downloaded.
