Version

NVM Win2K Voice Mail software must be version 3.30.04 or higher in order to use 
the SMTP feature. To check the current version of Voice Mail software, perform the 
following:

1) Start the Voice Mail application and click About in the Menu bar.  

2)  A screen similar to the one shown below indicates the installed version of the 

GUI and the Voice Mail Service.

■

The GUI version should be 2.10.0.0 or higher

■

The Voice Mail version should be 3.30.04 or higher

3) If an earlier version of software is installed, you will need to perform the upgrade 

procedure prior to installing the SMTP feature.
