Using the Fax Server
The Fax Server allows you to fax a document directly from an application you are using at your
computer’s desktop. Do not fax more than 94 pages at one time.
You can use any application to send the fax as long as you are able to select a type of printer.
Sending a Fax Message
The following screens are from Microsoft Word. Your screens will vary depending on the software
application that you use to send the fax.
To send a Fax Message:

From the application you are using select
