Backlight
When your phone is connected to an in-vehicle
handsfree adapter, the keypad and display back-
light can be set to remain illuminated continu-
ously. To select the backlight setting, press

for the phone backlight
to remain on continuously in a handsfree config-
uration or press

to turn it off. Press

to
exit the backlight menu.
Auto Answer
When your phone is connected to an in-vehicle
handsfree adapter, the phone can be set for
automatic answering of incoming calls. To acti-
vate the automatic answer setting, press

to turn on automatic
answering or press

to turn off automatic
answering. Press

to exit the auto answer
menu.
Reset Settings
The current phone selections can be cleared and reset to
the factory default settings. To reset the phone settings,

. As prompted, enter the 4-digit password
(see “Phone Password” on page 3). Press

to reset all
selections to the default settings or press

to maintain
the current settings. Press

to exit the reset settings
menu.
View Own Number
In addition to viewing the phone number of your cellular
phone by pressing

(see “Viewing Your Phone Number”
on page 11), you can also display your phone number by
