4. ADJUSTMENT
4.1 Measuring instruments, jigs, and tools
When adjusting the unit, use measurement instruments, jigs, and tools specified below.
Use a signal generator that can produce an all white, or all black screen. Signal timing should be VG-819.
The amplitude of each signal (R, G, B) output should be maintained at 0.7Vp-p ± 0.05V when a load of 75
Ω is

4.2 Power Supply Voltage
INPUT: 100Vac ~ 240Vac ±10%, 47~63Hz
4.3 Power Circuit Closure
(1) Connect the suitable cable of the signal generator according to the setting mode.
(2) Turn on the Power switch of the signal generator.
(3) Connect the AC power cable to the unit being adjusted.
(4) Turn on the Power switch of the unit being adjusted.
(5) After the completion of signal discrimination, the LED is turned green.
4.4 ADC Bias and Gain Adjust
(1) Enter the input signal of 1680

1050@60Hz, in Full white pattern.
(2) In the factory mode according to "4.8.1 Factory mode ".
(3) "AUTO” highlight indication a push “LEFT” or “RIGHT” button.
(4) The adjustment of bias and gain is performed when push the MENU button.
(5) When adjustments have been finished, If you turn off (power off) the monitor in the factory menu, it will
exit the factory menu.
4.5 Adjustment of White Balance
(1)In the factory mode according to "4.8.1 Factory mode"
(2) The value of the following tables is input to Tag 6 of the factory mode.
