Step 1

Make sure the power is turned off on the MobilePro HPC and your PC.

Step 2

Carefully connect the 14-pin end of the Direct Connection cable to the serial port on your 
MobilePro HPC.

Step 3

Connect the 9-pin end of the Direct Connection cable to your PC Serial Port.

CAUTION

l

Be sure the power is turned off on your MobilePro HPC and your PC before 
connecting the cable.

l

Make sure the ends are connected in the right orientation. Incorrect connection could 
cause damage to the MobilePro HPC.
