Transfer To A Third Party
The following must be observed when you transfer (or sell) the server or software provided with
the server to a third party:
Make sure to provide the manual along with the server to a third party.
IMPORTANT:
It is the user's responsibility to completely
erase or modify all the data stored in storage device such as
hard disk so that the data cannot be restored.
Provided software
To transfer or sell any software application that comes with the server to a third party, the
following requirements must be satisfied:
All provided software applications must be transferred and no backup copies must be
retained.
Transfer requirements listed in "Software License Agreement" that comes with each
software application must be satisfied.
Software applications that are not approved for transfer must be uninstalled before
transferring the server.
