POWER SUPPLY CAGE

Removing the Power supply unit (CAGE)

a.

See the section “Preparing for Installation and Removal” described earlier to prepare.

b.

Remove the left side cover

c.

Remove all power cables from the motherboard, 5.25-inch devices, floppy drive and
SCSI-BP.

NOTE:

Make sure not to hitch the cable when pulling out the Power supply unit.

Remove the two screws on the rear side.

Remove the two screws on the front side.

Pull out the Power cage gently away from the server chassis.

# Be careful not to force the cage out of the server or not to hook a cable.
