Mount the swivel in the hole that you have drilled. Do not forget to install the rubber
ring to seal the conjunction between the swivel and the cabinet. The conjunction must
be waterproof.

Put the foam back into the cabinet.

Keep the cabinet in the correct position against the wall and mark the mounting holes
