"Close" button
The negative current value means that the battery is discharging and a positive value indicates that the battery is
charging. In the latter case, the thunderbolt symbol is displayed on the battery icon.
To keep V and I values displayed, tap the "Setting" icon and check the phrase "Always show V and I".
Charging status icon Description
Charging from a source other than the alternator (solar panels, chargers).
(Grey) Alternator not charging the battery.
(Red) Alternator is charging the battery.
Note In order to keep the battery from discharging, the display dims after 2 min. After 15 min, it will turn
off. To turn the display back on and resume normal use, tap on it.
