Troubleshooting Guide

This guide lists common problems and their solutions.

Symptom

Possible Cause

There is no 
power.

The battery is 
exhausted.

Connect the unit to a 
USB power source to 
charge it.

The speakers aren’t 
on.

Press and hold the 
POWER button [5] until 
the Status LED [4] lights 
up.

The device 
is unable to 
connect to the 
speaker.

The speakers are 
not in pairing 
mode.

Turn the speakers off, 
then press and hold 
the POWER button [5] 
until the Status LED [4] 
flashes blue.

Bluetooth

®

 may be 

disabled on your 
device.

Make sure Bluetooth is 
enabled on your device. 
Turn it on if it isn’t.

The AUX connector 
may be in use.

Disconnect all cables 
from the AUX input 
connector [7] on the 
back of the speaker.

Your device may be 
beyond the effec-

speakers. Range may 
be affected adversely 
by environmental 
conditions.

Your device may 
not be in playback 
mode.

Ensure that your device 
is operating correctly. 
Start playback on your 
device.
