Setting up your Pocket PC
Close all Pocket PC applications to provide memory resources for your Pocket PC. To close all applications on either an
iPAQ or a Dell Pocket PC:
On an iPAQ Pocket PC
•
Press the iTask
hardware key
on the bottom
right side of the
Pocket PC.
•
A list of running
applications is
displayed.
•
Tap and hold
somewhere on
this list to display
a menu and then
tap
CLOSE ALL
TASKS
.
On a Dell Pocket PC
• Tap
the
SWITCHER
BAR
icon. To start
the
SWITCHER
BAR
programme,
from the start menu
tap
SETTINGS,
SYSTEM,
SWITCHER BAR.
•
A list of running
applications is
displayed.
• Tap
EXIT ALL
PROGRAMS.
Tip: To close all
applications on other
brands of PDA, Pocket
PC or PC consult the
user documentation
supplied.
