W arranty Against Defects
Laser Corporat ion Pt y Ltd (“ Laser” ) w arrants your new product t o be free from defect s in mat erials and w orkmanship for 12 mont hs,
from t he dat e of purchase, provided t hat the product is used in accordance w it h accompanying recommendat ions or inst ructions
w here provided. The benefit of this w arrant y is in addition t o your rights under the Aust ralian Consumer Law and t o ot her right s and
remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to t he goods or services t o which t he w arrant y relates.
Through a netw ork of ret ailers and resellers, Laser will provide you w it h your choice of a repair, exchange (where possible) or refund
(w it hin Dead on Arrival period) for this product if it becomes defect ive w it hin t he w arrant y period.
This warrant y w ill no longer apply w here the defect is a result of alt eration, accident , misuse, abuse, normal w ear and t ear, neglect or
improper st orage. Please ret ain your receipt as proof of purchase
How t o make a product w arrant y claim:
St ep 1: Find your receipt which proves t he dat e of purchase. Where the date of purchase cannot be verified, your place of purchase
or Laser will make an assessment based on the date of manufacture, t he condit ion of t he Laser Product and t he t ype of defect.
St ep 2a): Cont act your place of purchase. They w ill assess t he nat ure of t he fault and
repair, replace or fund
the product as per t heir
st ore refund or w arrant y policy.
St ep 2b): If your place of purchase cannot be cont act ed, t hen you can cont act Laser cust omer service wit h det ails of your Laser

St ep 3: Laser w ill issue you wit h a Ret urn Aut horisat ion (RA) number wit hin 48 hours. When requested, send us t he defect ive Product
and a copy of your receipt. Laser w ill cover the cost of t he ret urn delivery.
St ep 4: Wait for us to cont act you. Once w e have received your defect ive Laser Product for inspect ion, w e w ill inform you of our
assessment of your claim within 7 days. When we cont act you, we w ill first ly let you know w het her you have a valid claim under this
Warrant y, and if so, w e will inform you w hether your defective Laser Product will be replaced or repaired, t oget her wit h the number of
days you can expect t o w ait to receive your replaced or repaired Laser Product.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Aust ralian Consumer Law. You are ent itled to a replacement or
refund for a major failure and compensat ion for any ot her reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled t o have t he
goods repaired or replaced if t he goods fail to be of accept able qualit y and the failure does not amount t o a major failure.
