13. Troubleshooting

If the scooter is not working properly, the screen display will show an error message. Please refer to the 

troubleshooting table below to find your solution based on the error message.

Failure

Check whether the tail light is on, if not, replace the controller or 

instrument. If it is on, please check whether the wire connection 

between controller and instrument.

      Braking Error

Check the wire connection or replace the brake level.

       Accelerator Error     

Check the wire connection or replace the accelerator.

E4

   Wheel Motor Error

Check whether the wheel motor and the controller cord are well 

connected or replace the motor.

    Controller Error

Check the controller wire connection or replace the controller.

     Overheating Warning

Wait until the battery temperature normalizes before resuming use.
