Horn
All NauticStar boats come factory equipped with a Coast Guard compliant horn. The horn can be activated by pressing the
switch labeled “Horn” located on the switch panel.
Electronics (MFDs)
Your boat may have an optional Simrad installed. Please refer to their specific owner’s manual for operation and is
included with the purchase of your NauticStar boat.
Navigation Lights
Although NauticStar boats are designed to be operated during daylight, there are instances in which operators may find
themselves on the water at dawn, dusk or even at night. Weather conditions during daylight may also result in the need to
run or anchor with the lights on. NauticStar boats come factory equipped with Coast Guard compliant navigation lights. The
lights can be operated by toggling/pressing the switch labeled “lights navigation” located on the helm switch panel. The green
side marker light is located above the forward starboard rub rail. The red side marker light is located above the forward
port rub rail. A white 360
o
light is located on the aft starboard gunwale. This light is removable on some models, so ensure it
is installed and working before using the navigation lights. Boats containing separate sidelights comply with inland rules only
so operation is limited to inland waterways only.
