remove the caps of HDMI/SDI cable and bulkhead

(M24-M16 adapter if needed)

connect the bulkhead onto camera housing

connect the HDMI/SDI cable onto the bulkhead

connect the internal cable to the camera connector

connect the internal cable to the bulkhead
