Warnings and Cautions 

 

Keep the Trex HD system dry and away from liquids. 

 

Do not use accessories or parts that are not described in these 
instructions as it could be unsafe. 

 

Do not modify this equipment! 

 

Strangulation can occur when long cables or tubing is used.  Do not 
allow items to become wrapped around the neck. 

 

Potential allergic reactions could occur. Consult clinician on any 
allergies before use. 

 

Warning: 

Possibility of inhalation or swallowing of small 

parts.  Please use with caution. 

 

Do not allow children or pets to play with this equipment. 

 

Do not use the Trex HD system when outside its patient pouch as it 
could be unsafe. 

 

Ensure a proper, comfortable fit for all sensors and electrodes.  A 
poor fit may cause injury or poor recording. 

 

When using the Sony camcorder, plug into an outlet where it is not 
difficult to unplug if needed. 

 

Always inspect the equipment, particularly the cables and 
connectors, for evidence of wear before each recording. If evidence 
of wear is found, remove the worn equipment from use, and contact 
the healthcare professional performing your test at
